We own a number of web sites, the largest being Housingnet which has been online since 1997. We also part own a number of companies, either in Directorships or shares, which we have taken as payment for developing large scale software projects. More conventionally some of our work is done for a straight payment and some clients hire outsourced staff directly from us.
There is very little we have not experienced.

We have been developing the Housingnet site and business model since 1997 and have seen it grow from a one page website of Housing Association information to become the UK market leader in Social Housing data collection and distribution.
We use Housingnet to showcase our talents in developing databases and managing huge amounts of data.

 | Kinetics Group
The Kinetics Group is a portfolio company owned by Sovereign Capital, a UK private equity buy-and-build specialist. Kinetics has grown from a £32 million revenue business in 2006 to a company with annual sales in excess of £100 million. It employs 1,200 staff with offices in London, Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham.
We have been working with Kinetics since May 2007 hope to continue working with them as they integrate the systems and software running in each of the companies they have purchased.

 | Care & Support Guide
Having been impressed with what we had developed with Housingnet, the Independant Living Alliance asked us to build and manage a directory of care and support services in the UK.
ILA provide supported housing in a range of accommodation types and sizes, from single person accommodation to shared housing for between two and six people.
This is a two year project which started in November 2007.

The operating companies own and manage over 16,000 homes and provide services to more than 40,000 people.
The Aster Group use Housingnet job board technology to manage all the job boards for all the members of the Group on their respective web sites. |

Priorities Now
We have really enjoyed working on this project. The 'Priorities' software was first released in 1985 amidst much fanfare and went on to attain many accolades in the blossoming software market.
Originally built in DOS, Priorities is an analytical logarithm software to help organisations make decisions based on the data that they have available given by the people involved in the decision making process. Roll on 20 years and we've built it in DotNet for the web and the development is going really well. |

Potency is a business development consultancy based in Sydney, Australia. To give the client maximum control over their website it is built on the Joomla content management system in PHP. The website has a number of Flash elements to add dynamism to the pages. |

Waverunna
Waverunna makes bespoke sailing Hiking Pants and have been selling them round the world for the past 11 years. We have just completed building an e-commerce website for them using a Joomla (CMS) and osCommerce (Shopping Cart). As the site is built-up using Joomla it is simple for even non-technical users to add or edit content, update images, and to manage the critical data. Anybody with basic word processing skills can easily learn to manage the site.
The osCommerce system is one of the most professional, full-featured shopping cart software that exists today. It allows store owners to maintain their online stores with minimum effort and with absolutely no costs. |
