A self styled E-commerce entrepreneur Gaz set up Com1 in 1997 to develop web sites and software for the Social Housing sector.
Housingnet.co.uk was the first large project Com1 worked on. The company has grown year on year and a Centre of Excellence was set up in Nagpur, India in 1999 to facilitate this growth. Gaz looks after all Project Development and staff training from our Indian office.

Originally English, David left the UK immediately after completing his degree in Business Studies in 1982. He then spent time working and studying in Japan before settling in New Zealand in 1987. Since then he has run his own consultancy business, been the general manager of a small confectionery company and worked for several large NZ food manufacturers, most recently being responsible for the Japanese business of the NZ affiliate of HJ Heinz. David looks after customer relationships and new business development and is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Ajay is our Technical Director and is based in Nagpur. Ajay and Gaz have been working together since 2001 and have taken Com1 from a small rented flat to our new 3-storey property in Gayatri Nagar.

Ajay has a huge amount of experience working with offshore companies in all areas of Desktop and Internet applications, Website Development, training and support. He is skilled in successfully managing all phases of IT projects from needs analysis and requirements definition to implementation, documentation and training. He has lead cross-functional teams with diverse technical backgrounds.

Ajay has a BSc in Computing and a Bachelor Of Mass Communication, he also has a Gambian stamp in his passport where we sent him to work with G4S when we built their Payroll and Guard Rostering system. This man is adaptable.
