Skills and Qualifications:

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, and task follow up.
  • Support the MD in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Take detailed meeting minutes, make notes and follow up on action items.
  • Act as the point of contact between the MD and the staff.
  • Conduct research and prepare background information of a project or idea as required.
  • Maintain trust and integrity in all interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Calendar, Teams) and other relevant tools.
