Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, and task follow up.
- Support the MD in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Take detailed meeting minutes, make notes and follow up on action items.
- Act as the point of contact between the MD and the staff.
- Conduct research and prepare background information of a project or idea as required.
- Maintain trust and integrity in all interactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
